Happy Opener, South Dakota! Foster and I wish you good luck in the field! Pheasant hunting is part of who we are, and it’s a tradition worth passing on to our kids and grandkids. As Governor, I partnered with landowners to start the Second Century Initiative, helping turn marginal land into wildlife habitat so the next generation can enjoy the same hunting traditions we grew up with.
I’m proud to continue working with President Trump and advancing his America First agenda. Together, we’ll continue fighting trafficking and terrorism, strengthening business partnerships, and building a safer, stronger, and more prosperous Western Hemisphere.
Minnesota has a fraud problem. I’m joining @benny on The Benny Show today at 11 AM ET to discuss the federal investigation involving Ilhan Omar. Tune in: https://youtube.com/@bennyjohnson

Buying a MAGA hat shouldn’t make you a target of the federal government. Jack Smith has some explaining to do.
Everybody eats, but not everyone farms. I'm proud to come from a generational family farm and ranch. Working alongside my dad taught me the value of faith, family, and hard work. Our farmers feed America and the world. A nation that can't feed its own people can never truly be secure. Thank you to the farmers who work tirelessly to put food on our tables every day. Happy National Farmers Day!
I’ll take Ella Langley over Kacey Musgraves any day. And if I’m choosin’ Texas, I’ll take Ken Paxton over James Talarico.
The days of drug cartels operating with impunity in our hemisphere are coming to an end. Through the Shield of the Americas, we’re strengthening partnerships, confronting criminal organizations, and putting America’s security first. A safer Western Hemisphere means a safer America. https://www.foxnews.com/opinion/donroe-d…

‘Donroe’ Doctrine and conservative victories squeeze cartels in Latin America
Congratulations to @katiezacharia on her well-deserved appointment as the next White House Press Secretary! I was proud to bring Katie onto my team at DHS, and I know she will continue to do a fantastic job serving President Trump and delivering for the American people.
Sometimes…behind the scenes is where the real work gets done. Grateful for the brave leaders in the western hemisphere who partner with us at the Shield of the Americas to bring safety and prosperity to all of us.
Thom Tillis attacks me because I was effective. I made it clear that we were going to enforce our immigration laws, and we delivered. Millions of illegal aliens voluntarily left our country. He talks about the cost of the ads but leaves out the cost of detaining and deporting illegal aliens - roughly $18k per person. Under my leadership as Secretary and by encouraging people to leave voluntarily, we saved taxpayers $40 billion and freed up law enforcement to go after other dangerous criminals. That doesn’t even include the costs avoided when people decide to not enter our country in the first place. I also saved taxpayers $15 million by cutting lucrative contracts that had gone to some good old boys’ companies for years. They answered to the American taxpayer on my watch. Tillis can keep attacking me and President Trump. We delivered what the American people voted for. Good riddance, Senator. Your retirement is long overdue.
In response to the DISHONEST @nytimesoffcial about their factually incorrect article today… I write to formally request the retraction entirely or explicit correction of the article titled 'Kristi Noem’s Agency Gave Her Donor a Lucrative Contract Just Before She Left.' The article's characterization of the individual as a "donor" (confirmed not to be the case) is materially misleading and, as unsupported by the factual record, conveys a false implication of a direct financial relationship obviously intended to influence official action. Accuracy is fundamental to responsible journalism. If the individual did not personally make political contributions to Secretary Noem, or if the term 'donor' instead refers indirectly to unrelated entities or legally distinct contributions, the article simply fails to meet the standards of precision expected of The New York Times. Numerous times clarifications were made to the journalists responsible for this libelous story. Such wording unfairly prejudices readers and creates an inference of impropriety that is not supported by the underlying facts.
