S. 3424, the “Bankruptcy Administration Improvement Act of 2025,” which increases Chapter 7 Bankruptcy trustees fees, extends Chapter 11 Bankruptcy quarterly fees for an additional five years, and extends certain temporary bankruptcy judgeships for an additional five years.
